The NW Plus Service Promise:

Dear Member,

NW Plus has a long history of serving our members and our communities. We came into being to provide financial services for the hard working men and women of the local telecommunications industry. Today anyone who lives, works or worships in Washington is eligible to become a member. 

But not everyone in Snohomish and Skagit Counties knows about NW Plus and all of the things that make us unique.  

That is why we have launched the first phase of our new marketing campaign. It  focuses on how at NW Plus you’re not just a number – you’re a person. We see you as an individual and take the whole you into account. Our theme is:  We see you – the WHOLE you. 

A lot of research went into our new marketing strategy. We surveyed non-members, credit union employees and most importantly, NW Plus members like you. Through this research we received a tremendous amount of valuable feedback. You told us many wonderful things about NW Plus. We also learned about some things we can do better — We have heard you, and we are actively working to improve in those areas.

In addition we’re proud to announce our new service promise to hold ourselves accountable to you, our members:

• We value the connection we build with you. We get to know you, and what’s important to you.
• We listen to your needs, and use our knowledge and experience to provide the best recommendations for YOU.
• Your security matters: We're committed to keeping your private information safe, secure, and confidential.
• We work hard to provide the best possible experience for you. Integrity and cooperation are the foundation of NW Plus.
• We are committed to serving you with our undivided attention. We respect your time and value your membership. 

We hope you will stop by a branch soon to see what’s new. We can’t wait to see you.
