Throughout the month of June, NW Plus launched a campaign called “Fill the Pot for Housing Hope” in order to assist the local non-profit who provides affordable housing to residents of Snohomish County and Camano Island.

After their 35^th annual Stone Soup fundraiser, they fell short of their goal by $180,000 due to unforeseen circumstances that shut down I-5. From a guest list of 650 people, only 250 were able to attend.

“We recognize that it takes a combination of housing and support services to give struggling families opportunities to become self-sufficient. Our programs offer critical support to families at each step of the process” – Housing Hope

Your NW Plus branches took action and with the generosity of our members, we raised funds for Housing Hope. Fortunately, they were able to reach their goal before our fundraiser ended thanks to the local community, but we are glad we played a role in coming together for this organization that helps so many!
