Housing Hope's Stone Soup Fundraiser
Through June, NW Plus branches accepted donations to support Housing Hope's Stone Soup fundraising efforts. We presented a check on Monday, July 8th to Joan Penney and her team with the funds raised between our staff and members.
Marysville Community Wellness Carnival
Our team had a booth at this year's Community Wellness Carnival in Marysville, hosted by Hope for Homies and the Marysville School District. The theme of our booth was "Power in Savings" and we enjoyed meeting all of the community members who stopped by to chat with us!
Scholarship+
Our Scholarship+ recipients were announced in June, and were awarded a total of $15,000. The awardees were selected by our Board of Directors from more than 20 applicants.
Mill Creek Festival
2024 was our second year attending the Mill Creek Festival, near our Murphy’s Corner location! The CU team had a great time meeting the community, and everyone got a chance to meet various staff at the CU; from MSR's and Loan Servicing, to Marketing, IT, and the entire Leadership crew!
Camano Kids Fest
On July 27 your NW Plus Marketing team worked our booth at the annual Camano Kids Fest! This is an event that we have sponsored since it began in 2019, and we had so much fun with our activity this year - making slime!
