$9,500 For 2024's Hunger Heroes Fundraiser!

Everett, WA (January 30, 2025) - NW Plus Credit Union is pleased to announce it has donated $9,500 to local food banks and food pantries as a result of its 2024 Hunger Heroes fundraiser. NW Plus had been accepting cash donations from members through December 31, 2024 and Melissa Figueroa with NW Plus dropped off checks to community partners throughout January.

Here is a breakdown of donations by community partner: 

  • Helping Hands Food Bank (Sedro Wolley): $2,000
  • Stanwood Camano Food Bank (Stanwood): $3,500
  • Arlington Community Food Bank (Arlington): $1,000
  • Keep Dreams Alive Foundation Food Pantry (Marysville): $1,000
  • Connect Casino Road (Everett): $1,000
  • Mill Creek Community Food Bank (Mill Creek): $1,000
